Currently, Tiga Pesta are running a birthday project for teenagers aged 17 years, with the theme "Sweet Seventeen: Nia". In this project, we give a glamorous impression with a red-silver interior and this is in accordance with the wishes of client. At this event, we invited famous guest stars in accordance with the wishes of client is Marcell.
Our program has received recognition from various groups in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Lately we focus on the event that the client wants whether it's a birthday party, a 7-month celebration, (bridal shower), public meetings, weddings etc. We have served 250 events throughout 2019. Including major events of state officials and among artists. Every year we offer or offer a different concept for the event that the client wants. We have 1000 employees who are ready to serve, our employees are all trained and educated. These three parties have received many prestigious awards. In this Sweet Seventeen project, we are working with "Lola’s Kitchen" in providing cathering services, Lola’s Kitchen itself is a cathering service that has been recognized by several countries in Southeast Asia so that the consumption section will not be doubted. Not only in the gathering, for the decoration section we also work with the "Weewo Design Organizer" who is responsible for decorating the event.
First of all we will gather for a briefing with the client regarding the desired concept. Furthermore, our party in charge of the cooperation will contact some of the services above and confirm directly regarding the time agreed by the client. For the final stage, 5 days before the event we will go directly to the location to see what conditions are possible or not possible, so that we can discuss this again with the client.
During the event, we were still standing by conditioning the area around so that it goes smoothly.

E. EXPERIENCES OF DOING THE JOB
INOVATION :
Tiga Pesta concept is very interesting, starting from the layout, the design of the building or room, as well as in accordance with the development of the era. Every year the tiga pesta offers very interesting concepts to the client and the client was very attracted towards the concept. Innovation the tiga pesta is in accordance with the deadline, so from my experience no clien is dissapointed with the services in the party. We continue to innovate so that in he future much better, and will continue to attach great importance to client satisfaction.
SKILL :
The employees at the Tiga Pesta have the appropriate skills with the field and are in accordances with applicable standards, so it does not need be afraid of using the services of the tiga pesta. Tiga pesta has been trusted in indonesia and in southeast asia. It’s been proven starting from the design of the room and dial are very nice in terms of color selection.
CREATIVITIES :
Tiga Pesta have a the creativity tat is extraordinary in terms of the concept. From past experiences, tiga pesta is a concept of halloween. Where everything start from the design dresses and cosmetology with the concept of halloween.
F. DELEGATION OF WORK
After we get a client, our team immediately provides a separation of duties between one employee and another, a manager of our direct assigns subordinates to work in accordance with client expectations without exception. That is about the concept of what the client wants as well as with decorations as what the client expects. Of course the team of times is ready to receive input. And a manager is certainly responsible for the performance of his employees, the division of authority is very important to get effective results, then the employee who handles the decoration must be about decoration, and with a predetermined time then the work must be completed and our team is solid and responsible answer to the work that has been given, so the client will feel satisfied with our performance. We sent 5 people in the make up section, 15 people in the decoration section and 10 people about the concept or design provided, H-5 we did a check before the event was held so that we could find out if there were any deficiencies. In the decoration section there are those who work outdoors, there are those who work indoors all the tasks are separated so that everything works well and efficiently. All the colors that the client wants are good for the color of the walls, curtains etc. we do it well and correctly because we do not want to disappoint the client. For cosmetology, we are free whether the clients themselves will provide concept input or from our team, because this project is from clients who want to submit themes with contemporary teen-style makeup, so we are ready to work on everything from makeup and dresses etc.
